What the forms collect

When you send a form (a quick-start request, a pre-approval request, a contact message or a program question) you give me your name, phone number, email address and whatever you tell me about what you are trying to do: the kind of loan, a town, a timeline, a price range, whether you are a first-time buyer or self-employed. I use it for one purpose: to contact you about your request and, if you proceed, to arrange a loan.

The forms do not ask for, and this site does not store, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, income or asset documents, or credit reports. Those are collected only inside the secure loan application process, which is covered by the sponsoring broker's own privacy notice provided to you at that time.

How I contact you

By sending a form you agree that I may contact you by phone, text message and email about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of texts, or tell me by any channel and I will stop. I do not sell or rent your information, and I do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

What the site records automatically

Analytics. Google Analytics 4 records page views and events such as a form submission or a click on the phone number, using cookies. It is used to understand which pages help people and which do not.
How you found the site. The site keeps a small record in your browser (local storage) of the page you landed on, the site that referred you and any campaign tags in the link, for 90 days. If you send a form, that record is attached to it so I know which page produced the request.
Spam protection. Forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and by a hidden field that only automated scripts fill in.
Server logs. The hosting provider records standard request data (an anonymised form of your IP address, browser type, time) for security and rate limiting.

Where the data lives

Form submissions are stored in a private database hosted in the United States, accessible only to me and the people who help me run the practice, and protected by access controls. Email is sent through a transactional email provider. These providers process data on my behalf under their own security commitments.

Your choices

You can ask what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it, subject to any record-keeping the lending laws require.
You can opt out of texts by replying STOP and out of emails by replying or by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
You can block analytics cookies in your browser, and the site still works.

Children

This site is for adults arranging home financing and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
